The coaching staff at Tennessee EDGE AAU basketball realize players, no matter what age or skill level,
want to utilize the crossover dribble or some other fancy move to get past a defender.  The truth is most
players can't handle the ball well enough and find themselves dribbling into traps and eventually turn the
ball over, which could cost them the game.  When it comes to shooting, every player thinks they own the
3 point territory but if you look closely at the stats, the average percent of successful 3 point attempts for
players in the US is around 30%.  In contrast, when compared to international players who, by the way,
are shooting from further distance, the average is 40% or greater.  Why is the gap so large?
What if the Team at Tennessee EDGE could help players improve their mid range game, or increase
their dribbling, ball handling, free-throws and 3 point shooting percentage?  How valuable would that be
for players and coaches?  In 2008, our Tennessee EDGE AAU program found that answer.  In
cooperation with one of the most noted manufacturers of innovative sports products in the world,
Tennessee EDGE has teamed up with GKM Sports Products, Inc. To make the "Shot Excel" trainer
available to players and coaches throughout the US.  
In 2005 we won the Div. II AAU Nationals with our 15U Boys in Little Rock, Ark.  By working with GKM
Sports Products, Inc and Shot Excel, we are looking to bring another Championship to our program.  We
have tested the "Shot Excel" and found it to be the most effective product for improving ball handling and
shooting skills.  The "Shot Excel" is "proven" and "tested" and with this said, Tennessee EDGE AAU
Basketball Program not only recommends the "Shot Excel", all of our players currently use it.  Players
